India’s first joint public-private industrial park project

TOYOTSU BHARAT INTEGRATED SERVICES (TBIS) is developing and operating a “plug-and-play rental plant” in Mandal Industrial Park, where Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and the Gujarat state government are working together to attract Japanese businesses to open operations.
The third location of our India Techno Park business supports Japanese companies’ operations in India under a joint public-private effort, taking advantage of our experience and proven track record in the country, contributes to the development of Indian industry, and promotes the made-in-India brand.
The northwestern state of Gujarat, located in the center of areas covered by the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) initiative jointly promoted by the Japanese and Indian governments, is expected to see its cluster of auto industry operations continue growing.
