- Our Techno Park business takes advantage of Toyota Tsusho’s 20 years of proven track record and experience as a general trader versed in manufacturing business in supporting Japanese manufacturers’ expansion in emerging countries. Its service is characterized by provision of both hardware (rental plants, various facilities) and multi-faceted software (personnel, general affairs and accounting support) in a package.
- In addition of rental plants and administrative support, what other services do you have?
- In order to create a business environment where customers can focus on manufacturing without worries, we can take full advantage of resources of the entire Toyota Tsusho group to address your needs in launching local operations, including component procurement and purchase of anything from equipment, information technology and insurance to forklift. - What are the advantages of using a Techno Park rental plant?

By using our rental plant, you can take advantage of many benefits of sharing equipment and facilities with our other customers, including (1) reduce initial spending, (2) cut running costs and (3) shorten lead time of launching local operations, compared to setting operations all on your own.

- There are available areas in our facilities in Indonesia’s Karawang, Cambodia’s Poipet and India’s Gujarat.
Feel free to ask us about anything, from detailed terms for use of the facilities to request for inspection. - What is the minimal area of rental plants?
- Rented areas at rental plants are arranged differently depending on the country or the operating entity. Feel free to ask us about it, as well as terms of use.
- We are only studying a possibility of launching a local operation, but would you let us inspect your facilities on-site?
- Yes we would. Feel free to consult with us. We can even advise you on where to stay in our overseas locations.

See details here. - We already have a local operation, and are thinking about outsourcing some of the corporate functions to improve their efficiency. Can you take on outsourcing service such as accounting and commuting bus operation?
- Available services vary depending on the country and the operating entity. Feel free to contact us about details of what we can do for you.
- Can we use Japanese in using your service locally?
- Yes you can. We have Japanese staff at all of the local Techno Park operating entities.
- It is difficult for us to directly contact your staff at a Techno Park due to time difference.
- Please contact our Techno Park business office in Japan through our customer inquiry desk. We support your overseas expansion efforts both in Japan and locally.
